Alexander Koval has joined UCP as an Executive Director and Partner. Alexander is responsible for the origination, execution and management of private equity projects. Before joining UCP, he worked in various positions in anti-crisis management and liquidations of bankrupt companies from 1997 to 2005. Alexander also provided legal support for the development projects of the Moscow City Government from 2004 to 2006. He is a member of the Russian Guild of Professional Anti-crisis Managers.

Alexander Grigoriev has been appointed CFO of UCP group. Prior to joining UCP, Alexander Grigoriev served as deputy CFO of UFG and Head of Internal audit.

Sergey Marinich has joined UCP as a Partner and Head of the legal department. Prior to joining the UCP team, Sergey was Managing Partner for Salans.

Sergey Nekhochin, Maxim Maliev and Igor Omelchenko have become the founding partners of the United Capital Partners group of companies (UCP). Prior to joining UCP, Sergey Nekhochin served as the Managing Director of UNITEL where he was engaged in strategic planning and also managed the commercial and retail departments. Maxim Maliev headed the structured finance department of UFG from 2000 to 2006. Igor Omelchenko served as a Director of UFG from 1997 to 2006. Igor also acted as a Board member of OJSC Novosobirskenergo from 2004 to 2006 and in 2004 he was elected as a Board member of the OJSC Regiongazholding in 2004.
