Our Private Equity funds invest in the capital of Russian private companies with attractive growth prospects and outstanding local management. The intention is to maximize the value of those companies and then, within 3-7 years, sell the stake to either a strategic investor, another private equity fund, or exit through an IPO on the stock exchange.
